The child can either write or draw a pictures of something that is worrying them.They then places the 'worry' in their Worry Monsters mouth, which is then zipped up.The child can then go to sleep without worrying, because their Worry Monster will eat their worries away.
- The parent/guardian takes out the 'worry' whilst the child is sleeping. The parent/guardian then knows about the child's worry.
